The Sport Northern Ireland Practitioner Development Programme
Sport Northern Ireland has developed the Practitioner Development Programme (PDP) to enable elite level coaches and support personnel in Northern Ireland who are working with high performance athletes to further their development.
Sport Northern Ireland has identified high performance coaching as a priority focus for the 2013-15 programme. Applications will only be considered from experienced coaches who can clearly demonstrate that they are working with an athlete or athletes from within the Northern Ireland high performance environment.
In addition to receiving a financial award, successful applicants will receive mentoring support and the opportunity to interact with other high performance coaches from different sports over the course of the 2 year award.

The Practitioner Development Programme (PDP) is open and accepting application for the 2013-15 programme.
The closing date for submission of online applications is Friday 10 May 2013.
