New 3G Pitch For Clann na nGael

Sport Northern Ireland and NICSSA Invest in New Facilities
The Northern Ireland Civil Service Sports Association (NICSSA) is developing new facilities costing £2.4m at its site situated at the Pavilion, Stormont. Sport Northern Ireland is providing funding of £1,209,391 towards the project and NICSSA with the help of Bank of Ireland are raising the remaining funds.
Kelly Proves a Ski Sensation at Winter Paralympics
Local athlete Kelly Gallagher has rounded off her Winter Paralympic campaign with a 4th place finish in the Giant Slalom event. Kelly is the first ever athlete from Northern Ireland to be selected to compete in the Winter Paralympics.

First Athlete from Northern Ireland Set to Compete in 2010 Paralympic Winter Games
Kelly Gallagher from Bangor has become the first ever athlete from Northern Ireland to be selected to compete in the Winter Paralympics. Kelly, a partially sighted athlete, will fly out on Wednesday to Vancouver, Canada to compete in the Alpine Skiing events with her guide Claire Robb at the Paralympic Winter Games which will run in the city from 12-21st March 2010.
