What is a deed of dedication?
For the purposes of SCLF awards, this is an agreement by deed between the Sports Council for Northern Ireland and the statutory body to the effect that the property which is subject to the Deed will be used for specific sporting purposes and that, if the property should cease to be used for such specific sporting purposes then a proportion of the Sports Council grant will become repayable to the Sports Council by the statutory body..
