What is a facilities management agreement?
For the purposes of SCLF awards, this is an agreement for a minimum period of 21 years between the applicant and the statutory body who own the site, setting out in detail the terms by which the facility is to be managed by the applicant and granting the applicant a specific licence to occupy the property.
