The National Lottery has provided over £40 billion of funding to nearly 600,000 projects over the last 25 years, and that funding spans arts, community, charity, film, heritage and sports.
Sport Northern Ireland is the lead development agency for Sport in Northern Ireland. Sport NI has awarded more than £182 million of National Lottery funding to 3,200 sports projects; representing over 70 different sports in Northern Ireland.
