'Basic Moves' Lecture
Mike Jess, Senior Lecturer in the Scottish Centre for Physical Education, University of Edinburgh, visited Stranmillis University College last week.
He heads the Scottish Developmental Physical Education Group and is the author and Director of the Basic Moves Primary Schools' PE programme.
Over one hundred students and staff from Stranmillis, St Mary's University College and the University of Ulster, along with a range of invited guests, attended Mike's lecture on Basic Moves.
The event was supported financially by Sport Northern Ireland.
