IDP participants will gain a range of NGB qualifications in outdoor adventure sports whilst living and working in a National Outdoor Centre over a 12 month period. The job also entails a range of duties which ensure the smooth running of the centre whilst offering an insight into the operations and running of a National Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within Sport NI’s Sports System Development Team, managing investment (including finance and human resources) to support sustained sport and physical activity. The role involves working at a senior level with key partners, such as local authorities, regional entities, and national governing bodies, to influence and drive Sport NI’s corporate plan forward. Collaboration across Sport NI will be necessary as you project manage several partnership agreements and projects with key partners to maximise the power of sport.
