92% of sports clubs in Northern Ireland report that they simply couldn’t operate without their volunteers.
A clubs volunteers and coaches are perhaps the clubs most valuable resource. With this in mind it is essential that we manage and support volunteers effectively including how we recruit, reward, recognise, development and retain our sports club volunteers.
