Sport NI welcomes the pending announcement, from the Executive Office tonight, on the first cautious steps towards a return to outdoor sport, which may progress to groups training outdoors on 12 April. The pending announcement also includes a return to specified elite competition.

 

Following the Executive Office announcement Sport NI and Department for Communities aims to provide further guidance and meetings with the sector to ensure common understanding of the changes. It is important that governing bodies of sport review their protocols carefully, in compliance with this guidance that will be made available shortly………….
